Quality Assurance
Tech Support Technical assistance via E-mail, Fax or Phone is available to the original Netech Customers at no cost during the warranty period. After the warranty a fixed fee of $50 for each instances will be charged. For fast response please fill the Tech support form, including the serial number and the model.
Service Calibration & Repair 3. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before a product is send to netech for repair or recalibration. RMA number can be obtained by following the link below and filling the RMA request form. The following are some of the benefits our customers receive by sending the units directly to Netech for repair or recalibration.
To receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please fill out the online Service Form. The RMA number and instructions will be e-mailed to you with necessary instructions from our service department.
